Systems Immunology
Our group focus on the "co-evolution" of microbes & the human immune system, investigating microbial and metabolic influences on inflammatory mechanisms in extreme premature & term infants. Applying System Immunology approaches, we aim to decipher unknown hosts-microbiome mechanisms impacting the immunological & neurological development of newborns and children.
